Shopify
The Pixel Shipping app puts a locker picker on the cart, writes locker and shop-pickup rates at checkout, and lets you buy the label from the order. Any Shopify plan. Pixel holds the courier contracts.

Create a Pixel account
Sign up, then open API keys. Copy a Test key (ps_test_…). Use a Live key (ps_live_…) only after Billing has prepaid credit.

Install Pixel Shipping
Install Pixel Shipping from the Shopify App Store or Apps in the Shopify admin. After install, the embedded app opens with Home, Account, Sender details, Carriers, and Labels.

Paste keys from the Pixel desk API keys page. Start in Test.

- Pixel GraphQL URLLeave this as it is unless Pixel told you to change it.
- Test API key (ps_test_…)Paste the Test key from the desk. Add a Live key (ps_live_…) when you are ready to buy real postage.
- EnvironmentSet this to Test. Switch to Live only when you mean to charge the Pixel wallet.
- SaveThe app checks the key against Pixel. If Pixel rejects it, the key is still saved — fix the key and Save again.
The Shopify app is free. Pixel invoices postage and the platform fee.

Sender details
Pixel does not apply organization sender defaults. This address is sent on every label.
- Sender (required)Fill Name, Line 1, City, Postal code, Phone (E.164, e.g. +371…), and Origin country — Latvia, Estonia, or Lithuania.
- SaveIf a key is already connected, the app may also refresh checkout rates from this origin.

Four actions on this screen, then two settings the app cannot change for you.
Cart coverage
Turn a carrier off for a country to hide it from the cart locker picker. Leave every box on if you offer all Pixel carriers in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

Checkout quotes this compartment. You still pick the size and weight when buying a label.

Checkout shipping rates
Writes Pixel display rates onto the Store default shipping profile as Pixel Latvia, Pixel Estonia, and Pixel Lithuania. Each zone gets Pixel locker rates and Pixel shop pickup at €0. Shop currency must be EUR. Safe to run again when catalog prices change.

Checkout setup
Turns off Shopify local pickup on every location and registers the Pixel checkout filter. After a cart choice, checkout keeps only that one Pixel rate and hides the Ship/Pickup toggle. Confirm in Change checkout settings?

Pixel locker on the cart
In the theme editor, open the cart page and add the Pixel locker block. Buyers choose country, To locker or Pickup, carrier, and locker before checkout. Pixel lockers are only for Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania. Shop Pay or Buy now that skip the cart will not show the picker — pick the locker on the order instead.

Under Customer information, set Shipping address phone number to Required. Lockers need a Baltic mobile number for the pickup code. Orders without a phone are not sent to Pixel until you add one on the order.

Labels
Checkout saves a draft. Purchase it when you pack. One label per Shopify order. Destinations: LV, EE, LT.
- Pixel ShippingOn Orders → order details, pin the Pixel Shipping block once. It shows the locker, Customer charged, and Buy label.
- Buy labelChoose Locker size and Weight (grams), then Buy label. Draft reserved the locker — this buys postage.
- Download PDFPrint from the same block. Refresh status pulls tracking from Pixel.
- Open in Pixel ShippingOpens the full order page for Purchase label, Refresh tracking, and Create return label.
- LabelsThe Labels screen lists recent labels and links Open in Pixel for the desk.
- Shop pickup — the buyer collects. No postage.
- Cancel a label from the Pixel desk, not from Shopify.
- Live purchases need prepaid credit on the Pixel desk. Stay on Test until that is ready.
