The contract
These terms are a contract between you (the merchant) and Clanker Systems OÜ, registry code 17364539, VAT EE103009047, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn 15551, Estonia, trading as Pixel Shipping.
They apply to the website, merchant desk, public GraphQL API, Shopify app, and WooCommerce plugin. If the English and Latvian versions conflict, the Latvian text prevails.
The service
We provide tools to buy, print, track, cancel, and return shipping labels for Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania through Unisend, Latvijas Pasts, DPD, and Venipak. We hold the courier contracts. You never hold courier credentials.
The service is for businesses, not consumers.
Account
You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind the business. Keep login details and API keys safe. You are responsible for activity on the account.
Fees and credit
Fees include a subscription, a per-label platform fee, and courier postage passed through at the rate we charge. Live labels need prepaid credit on the account.
Prepaid credit is non-refundable. Unused credit stays on the account until it is used. We do not pay it out if the contract ends. Prices are shown in the desk and on the pricing page. Courier rates can change.
Shipment data
You are the controller of sender and recipient data you submit. You must have a lawful basis to give us that data and must keep it accurate. We process it as your processor to perform the service.
Couriers
The physical shipment is carried under the courier’s terms. We are not the carrier. Delays, loss, or damage in transit are handled under those terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful goods, to abuse APIs, to circumvent billing, or to harm the platform or other merchants. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the platform, brand, and documentation. You keep ownership of your shop data. You grant us a licence to use that data as needed to provide the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific service level unless we agree one in writing.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or lost profits, data, or business, except where Estonian law does not allow that exclusion.
Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except for liability that Estonian law does not allow us to limit, including for intent or gross negligence.
We are not liable for courier performance, incorrect addresses you supplied, or downtime of third-party providers.
Changes and end of contract
We may change these terms. The current version is on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
Either party may end the contract. We may suspend or end the service if fees are unpaid, the account is misused, or we must do so by law. Prepaid credit is not refunded on termination.
Governing law
The contract is governed by Estonian law.
