Who we are
Pixel Shipping is operated by Clanker Systems OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17364539, VAT EE103009047). Registered office: Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn 15551, Estonia.

The service
Pixel Shipping is a business platform for buying shipping labels in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania. Merchants use the website and merchant desk at www.pixelshipping.com, a public GraphQL API, a Shopify app, and a WooCommerce plugin. We hold the courier contracts. Merchants do not receive courier credentials.
Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Account data: email address, organisation membership, and sign-in data handled by Stytch.
- Billing data: invoice name, email, address, registration and VAT numbers, Stripe customer and payment references, and prepaid credit activity.
- Shipment data: sender and recipient name, address, phone, parcel details, tracking codes, and label PDFs.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, request logs, error reports, and cookie identifiers.
Controller and processor
We are the controller for website visitors, merchant accounts, and billing.
When you create a label, you are the controller of sender and recipient personal data. We process that data as your processor to buy the label, send it to the courier, store the PDF, and track the shipment.
Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the service and support — performance of a contract.
- Take payment, keep invoices, and meet accounting rules — contract and legal obligation.
- Keep the service secure and debug faults — legitimate interest.
- Measure how the public site is used with Google Analytics — consent.
Processors and other recipients
We use these providers to run Pixel Shipping:
- DigitalOcean — EU hosting, database, and file storage.
- Stytch — magic-link sign-in.
- Stripe — payments, invoices, and prepaid credit.
- Google Analytics — measurement, only if you consent.
- Sentry — error reporting.
- Unisend, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, and Venipak — labels, pickup, and tracking.
- Shopify — if you install the Pixel Shipping Shopify app.
Transfers outside the EEA
Primary infrastructure is in the EU (DigitalOcean). Some of the providers named above may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
- Account data: while the account is open, then as needed to close it.
- Billing and invoices: seven years (Estonian accounting law).
- Shipment records: while the account is open and as needed for billing and disputes.
- pixel_consent cookie: 180 days.
- Analytics cookies: according to Google, and only if you consented.
- Session cookies: for the Stytch sign-in session.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing before that moment.
You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee). You may also contact your local supervisory authority.
